Merchandise Allocator

RPO Recruitment is currently hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandise Allocator for our client in Durban.
As a Merchandise Allocator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the right products are in the right stores at the right time, maximizing sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Allocate merchandise to stores based on sales forecasts and store requirements.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the buying and planning teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Monitor store inventory levels and make adjustments as needed.
Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements Previous experience as a merchandise allocator in the retail industry.
Matric 3 - 5 years in an allocator role Proficient in MS Office Excel Proficient in Dolfin Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in merchandise allocation software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
