Manage stakeholder interactions to ensure exceptional outcomes.
Interpret payment sheets and handle unique financial requirements.
Operate under high-pressure billing periods, delivering outstanding results.
Provide seamless support to ensure contribution collection from dedicated profiles.
Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 Certificate Diploma in Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 2 years in membership administration and reconciliation Minimum of 2 years in the medical scheme industry Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Compensation Remuneration is competitive and aligned with your experience level.
