Job Description:
Full-time position responds to member inquiries while demonstrating strong customer relations & problem-solving skills with the aim of providing exceptional customer service.
Provides billing support for residential & commercial accounts, which requires review of billing cycle reports & performs the necessary billing adjustments.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent2 yrs strong customer service experience2 yrs data entry experience preferredValid Driver's LicenseCompensation:
Starting wage $33.52-$41.91/hr DOE.
