Your responsibilities After analyzing business processes, you will implement NetSuite with your project team for large and medium-sized companies.
During this implementation, you will seek opportunities to optimize our clients' business processes.
Each client, process, and implementation presents unique challenges, where you will play a key advisory role as a consultant.
You will be involved in the project from the start until the go-live, with your role depending on your interests, experience, and the team composition.
Your tasks will include: Assisting in configuring NetSuite according to the client's needs; Providing solicited and unsolicited advice to clients on the use and optimization of NetSuite; Analyzing and qualifying client inquiries and providing appropriate advice; Supporting the setup of client processes by creating clear reports; Providing functional post-go-live support for NetSuite; Training and coaching users and conducting training sessions; Offering second and third-line support.

What do we expect from you?
Good knowledge of business processes, financial, logistical, and/or business management; HBO working and thinking level; Affinity with IT systems and automation, experience with HTML is a plus; Excellent command of both Dutch and English; Proactive, persuasive, and solution-oriented mindset Knowledge of NetSuite or another ERP system is not required.
As a new employee at Rsult, you will start with an onboarding program tailored to your experience, focusing on building technical knowledge and developing the necessary soft skills for the consultant role.
