Job Description: Software Sales Representative - Company Solutions Position: Software Sales Representative Company offers a comprehensive cloud-based company software solutions, designed to manage all aspects of patient care and company program workflows.
Our solutions cover a broad spectrum of company disciplines, including occupational health, TB, HIV, mental wellness, women''s health, telemedicine, and CAD AI software for radiology.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Software Sales Representative to join our team.
This individual will focus on selling and promoting the Company Framework software solutions across public and private company sectors in South Africa and the Southern Africa region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in company software sales and a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and engage potential clients in the company sector, including hospitals, clinics, public health programs, and private company providers.
- Promote HCF''s comprehensive software solutions, emphasizing the benefits of our company plans
and integrated platforms.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and capabilities of our software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business
opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance the functionality and usability of our software solutions based on client needs and market demands.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications: - Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Company Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software sales, preferably in the company sector.
- In-depth knowledge of company systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and company software solutions.
- Strong understanding of public and private company sectors in South Africa and the Southern Africa
region.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within South Africa and the Southern Africa region as needed.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with cloud-based company software platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the company industry, such as ISO 27001,
POPI Act, Occupational health
- Familiarity with telemedicine, AI in radiology, and company interoperability standards.
