Position Summary and Objective: Liaise with healthcare professionals and strategically increase the awareness of, and use of Company products.

Minimum Requirements: Tertiary degree in the discipline of: Healthcare / Business studies or other related, relevant discipline.
At least 3 years Retail sales experience in the generic Pharma industry.
Primary Responsibilities: Achievement of the sales targets for his/her Territory
Effective management of relationships in his/her allocated territory.
Ensure adequate prescribing and support of the Viatris products.
Create awareness of the Viatris products at all key stakeholders.
Ensure that all key marketing messages are communicated effectively.
Product Launches and Ad Hoc Initiatives
Assist with the launch of new product introductions, and ensure adequate market penetration.
Training and Education
Support ongoing stakeholder upskilling and education of the Company products,
By facilitating CMEs (Continued Medical Education), tea-room meetings,
Pharmacy trainings and small events.
Administration and Budget Management
Planning of daily, weekly, and monthly in-field activities.
Submitting of any required reports including data assessment and territory analysis.

Effectively manage the allocated budget to deliver maximum ROI.
