Education: Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing Healthcare or a minimum of 3-4 years medical sales experience within a hospital environmentProven experience in medical sales, particularly in the fields of Infusion Systems and Anesthetics related productsStrong knowledge of the medical field and healthcare landscape in Gauteng and North West regionExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively within a large geographical regionValid drivers license and willingness to travel within the regionThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and promoting Infusion Systems and Anesthetic related products to healthcare providers.This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of medical devices and therapies as well as the ability to build relationships with key decision makers in the medical field.Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Infusion Systems and Anesthetic solutions to healthcare professionals, hospitals and clinicsEstablish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, doctors, nursing staff and purchasing departmentsConduct product presentations, demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure proper understanding and usage of productsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within Gauteng and North-West region, expanding the client base and market reachProvide excellent after sales support and service, handling product inquiries, troubleshooting and providing ongoing training as requiredKeep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities and new technologies related to Infusion Systems and Anesthetic and related productsSkills:Sales and negotiation expertise within a consultative approachIn-depth knowledge of Infusion Systems and Anesthetic related productsFamiliarity with healthcare regulations and complianceAnalytical skills to assess market trends and develop targeted strategiesCustomer focused mindset with the ability to provide solutions and value to healthcare professionals
