Education: Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing Healthcare or a minimum of 3-4 related medical sales experience Proven experience in medical sales, particularly in the fields of Infusion Systems and Anesthetics related products Strong knowledge of the medical field and healthcare landscape in KZN Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a large geographical region Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and promoting Infusion Systems and Anesthetic related products to healthcare providers. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of medical devices and therapies as well as the ability to build relationships with key decision makers in the medical field. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Infusion Systems and Anesthetic solutions to healthcare professionals, hospitals and clinics Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, doctors, nursing staff and purchasing departments Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure proper understanding and usage of products Identify and pursue new business opportunities within KZN region, expanding the client base and market reach Provide excellent after sales support and service, handling product inquiries, troubleshooting and providing ongoing training as required Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities and new technologies related to Infusion Systems and Anesthetic and related products Skills: Sales and negotiation expertise within a consultative approach In-depth knowledge of Infusion Systems and Anesthetic related products Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance Analytical skills to assess market trends and develop targeted strategies Customer focused mindset with the ability to provide solutions and value to healthcare professionals
