REQUIREMENTS Matric with relevant tertiary education (dietitian, nursing, Pharmacist etc.) Minimum of 5 - 10 years of sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain complex medical products in an easy-to-understand manner Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices is an advantage Ability to work independently DUTIES Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including Clinical Dietitians, Oncologists, Neurologists, and other HCPs Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities and retailers to promote the companys products and services Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction Training of health care providers on how to administer products Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in healthcare to provide valuable insights to customers Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts Provide product support and respond to customer queries and feedback promptly Gather insights on customer needs and preferences to refine sales approaches Be apart of new product development Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
