Medical Receptionist with Billing (weekends only), JohannesburgA Medical & Aesthetic Practice, based in Midrand, is seeking to recruit a well presented and experienced medical receptionist for Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.Requirements:Diary and appointment managementLiaising with referring DoctorsObtaining medical aid authorizationsSwitchboardCreating patient filesManaging patient flowScanning and uploading of documentationAssisting with follow ups or rescheduling of appointmentsEnsure the smooth and effective functioning of the practiceEnsure reception area is tidy and presentableGeneral administrationMaintain efficient patient serviceMaintain confidentiality of all doctors, staff and patient informationCreating of cost estimates, invoices and receipts of payments receivedQualifications & Requirements:MatricAt least 2 - 3 years' experience in a medical practice is preferredMicrosoft office Suite knowledgeAfrikaans is essentialSkills and attributes:Ability to work independently and unsupervisedStrong interpersonal and organisational skillsHardworkingAbility to work under pressure and prioritizeComputer literacy and high attention to detailWorking hours:Saturdays 08h30 - 18h00Sundays 08h30 - 14h00Public Holidays (TBC)Appointment:ASAPOnly candidates who meet all the minimum requirements stipulated in the advert, will be considered.
