Our client a physician in Pretoria is seeking to recruit medical receptionist.
Requirements:
Manage the switchboardAttend to patient appointmentsReceive patients in a courteous and professional mannerCapture patient information and scan and file documentation accordinglyIn-house payments and receiptingIssuing of repeat scriptsVarious administrative tasksLiaison with medical bureau for billing submissionsMaintain a positive patient experienceAttend to stocktake requirementsMaintain a clean and professional reception area
Qualification:
Matric/Grade 12 qualificationAt least 2 years' experience as a medical receptionistExperience in a medical practice is essentialKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Skills and attributes:
Ability to work independently and unsupervisedStrong interpersonal and organisational skillsHardworkingAbility to work under pressure and prioritizeComputer literacy and high attention to detailMust be able to multitaskExcellent communication and listening skills
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 08h00 - 17h00
