Medical Receptionist (with Medical Aesthetics experience), SandtonOur client a Dermatologist based in Sandton is seeking to recruit a well presented and experienced medical receptionist. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical/dermal treatments to assist the doctor as and when necessary.ResponsibilitiesManage the switchboardAttend to patient appointmentsAnswer and respond accordingly to calls, emails and text messagesReceive patients in a courteous and professional mannerCapture patient information and scan and file documentation accordinglyAttend to body stat analysis for patientsAttend to stocktake requirements and ordersAssist with minor medical aesthetic treatmentsInvoicing & PaymentsDebt collection (limited)Maintain a clean and professional reception areaQualificationMatricAt least 1- 2 years' experience in a similar medical receptionist positionExperience in a Plastic Surgery / Dermatology / Medical Aesthetic practice will be an advantageSomatology experience will be an advantageExceptional Microsoft office suite experience and computer literateSkills And AttributesHealth consciousEmpathyAttention to detailDeliver a high standard of patient serviceExcellent administrative and problem-solving skillsProfessional, compassionate and friendly demeanourGood time management and prioritisation of tasksWell presentedExcellent communication skills (verbal & written)Working HoursMonday to Friday from 08h00 - 17h00Alternating Saturdays from 08h00 - 13h00AppointmentMiddle October 2024Only candidates who meet all the minimum requirements stipulated in the advert, will be considered.
