Medical Receptionist required in Table View, Cape Town.
Are you immediately available to take on a 5 month contract assignment using your professionalism, strong administration and client liaison skills?
A great opportunity to be involved with our highly successful clients business in the Table View area. A driver's license is ESSENTIAL to manage deliveries to a client's premises using the company vehicle.
This position is suited to an individual with a sunny disposition, who can manage invoicing, extensive interaction with clients on inquiries, and following up on accounts.
Requirements:

Matric
Valid driver's license
Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role
Excellent computer skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth running of the office
Manage all deliveries and collections
Daily administration duties
Invoicing
Problem solving
Data capturing of accurate orders and updating of stock
Dealing with Medical Aids and ensuring all details are correctly uploaded
Extensive professional client interaction
