Our clients are looking for a dynamic individual to join their Speech Therapy and Audiology practice in Bloemfontein as a Medical Receptionist. Previous work experience in a medical practice is a requirement. The ideal starting date is ASAP. Key Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in billing systems, preferably Vertex P4L or similar programs Ability to handle medical aid claims and authorizations Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Language Requirement: Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English Salary: R11660 gross per month As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the practice. Your responsibilities will include managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, handling billing information, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.
