Our client is looking for a compassionate and organized individual to join their healthcare team as a Medical Receptionist/Assistant in George, Western Cape . General Duties: Water plants Ensure the kitchen and bathroom are clean Check power levels on the box once a week Daily Administrative Tasks: Send invoices to patients Forward histology reports and referrals Answer phone calls Respond to WhatsApp messages and emails Send daily totals to Susan File patient records Prepare tea for the doctor (Anike assists with this) Process Joice Loan calculations Manage orders Attach slips to relevant files Send a daily WhatsApp message with the patient schedule for the next day Monthly Administrative Tasks: File additional documents Manage petty cash Report Red Box details Please note that only experienced candidates will be considered and contacted.
