Medical Receptionist (4 Day Work Week), Bethlehem

Our client in Bethlehem is looking for an independent, accountable Medical Receptionist to join their practice. This is a four day work week opportunity - perfect for candidates who wish to maintain a healthy work / life balance. Minimum requirements: Matric Minimum 3 years working experience in a medical practice Computer literate: MedEDI and Practice Perfect Skills required: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Good telephone etiquette Excellent customer / patient service skills Assertive Accountable Disciplined Excellent time management Duties and responsibilities: Coordinate and manage daily practice operations (appointments, preparation of patient files, liaison with other medical professionals etc) Attend to emergency patients and all administration involved Coordinate follow up appointments and related scans, etc (Detailed job description will be made available to shortlisted candidates) Remuneration: R 15 000 per month negotiable Work hours: Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 Please note: The company is a designated employer and is committed to the pursuit of excellence, diversity and redress in achieving its equity targets in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan.
