Responsibilities: Assisting patients with inquiries and providing exceptional customer service Answering calls in a professional manner and directing them to the appropriate personnel Scheduling appointments efficiently and maintaining organized records Performing various ad hoc administrative duties to support the smooth operations of the practice Requirements:  Able to start ASAP 3 to 5 years reception experience Medical Practice experience Cloud Based practice management software i.e Elixir Life (advantageous) Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
