A reputable Medical Practice in Montana, Pretoria, is inviting a skilled and motivated Medical Debtors Clerk to become an essential part of their team, starting 6 January 2025.
This role offers the chance to thrive in a supportive environment that values independence, integrity, and professionalism.Duties and responsibilities include (not limited to):Processing of medical aid claims and issuing electronic receipts for received paymentsReconciling debtor and medical aid paymentsLiaising with medical aids on payment issues and other inquiriesCommunicating with debtors and medical aids regarding short payments and non-paymentsCoordinating with third-party debt collectorsPerforming general reception and administrative dutiesRequirements:Minimum of two years experience in medical debtorsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Autoprax, and GoodXHonesty, firmness, and the ability to work independentlyMonthly salary: R15 000 - R20 000 (Gross), depending on experience PLUS a discretionary thirteenth chequeWorking hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to FridayIf you're passionate about healthcare, enjoy working autonomously, and are ready to make a difference, this could be the perfect fit for you.
