Reference: PC001390-RC-1Our client in Pinelands who specializes in Investment and Wealth Management is looking for a professional Medical Aid Advisor to provide excellent customer service and Medical Aid advice.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEMPLOYMENT TYPE: PermanentSECTOR: Finance / InsuranceBASIC SALARY: NegSTART DATE: A.S.A.P / ImmediateRequirements:Matric3 years' experience in Insurance IndustryRE5 Exam / Business related study or degreeKnowledge of Medical Aid and GAP coverKnowledge of regulatory requirements as well as compliance with FAIS and FICA legislationKnowledge of PPS and MomentumDiscovery Health knowledge and experience (advantageous)Excellent communication skillsStrong time management skillsChampions client and customer focusDuties:Service all medical aid clients by reviewing plans and consulting with clientsPrepare communication to clients regarding medical aid updates and value add options as and when requiredResearch 3 Medical Aid options for clients and create presentations, including the costs and benefitsResearch Gap cover options and document summary of information for internal and external useComply with company procedures to support compliance with the FAIS and FICA acts and other relevant legislationFacilitate client transfersRecord of advice, prepare and submit for sign offHours:Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00Should you meet all the requirements, apply on our website at www.statusstaffing.com today.
