The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transport is required.ResponsibilitiesManaging the diaries of allocated clinicians.Issuing receipts.Scheduling of appointments.Dealing with claim queries and PMB applications to medical aids.Contacting newly referred clients for appointments.Managing medical aid queries.Follow up on unpaid accounts.Responding to inquiries.Assist with account queries.Maintaining professional communication.Daily cash up for the branch.Switchboard management.Manage petty cash for the branch.Receiving clients in the reception area.Ensure the practice is always neat and tidy.Collection of payments.Filing.ExperienceMinimum of two years' experience as administrator in the medical/allied health professions industry - EssentialExperience in at least one medical management software program – EssentialExperience in doing billing and collections of payments - Essential.Having GoodX experience will be an advantage.Matric - EssentialSkillsThe ability to manage 3 to 4 psychologists' diaries with accuracy and precision.The ability to work under pressure.Strong knowledge of practice management systems.Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Afrikaans.Financial management skills, such as daily cash up and petty cash.If you would like to be a part of the team, please send your CV to ****** you do not hear from us within 5 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful and we wish you the best of luck going forward.
