Full job descriptionWe are a multidisciplinary Medical Centre , looking for an office administrator with the following skills set:1.
Managing bookings and diaries of at least 4 health professionals-including linking booking requests from social media and other digital platforms.2.
Proficient with medical software systems.3.
Ordering and stock taking of medication.4.
Social media management including content creation, sponsored ads and audience management.5.
Confirmation of funds with Medical Aid Schemes for several health professionals.6.
Authorizations for referrals and chronic applications for the General Pracitioner?.7.
Good computer skills.8.
Fluent in multiple languages.9.
Good interpersonal skills.10.
Valid Driver's LicenceWorking hours will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
May be required to work overtime on some Sundays.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (Required)
