This platform allows brands to swop unsold products for valuable advertising space, enhancing their presence across South Africa.
This position will be for 6-month contract with potential to become permanent.
Job Objective: As a Media Strategist and Planner, your priority will be to manage and expand relationships with key media partners.
You will also be responsible for ensuring our brand partners' advertising needs are met and they receive exceptional service.
Occasionally, you will be required to hunt for new media partners and onboard them to the platform.
You will play a key role in ensuring our sales cycle moves swiftly along with no complications.
Scorecard: 1.
Mission: Ensure the successful execution of strategic media plans for our brand partners, leading to smooth campaign closures and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Outcomes: Secure at least R26 million worth of media with current media partners each quarter.
Develop and present at least five strategic media plans per month.
Onboard at least 15 media partners every quarter.
Achieve a minimum of 80% excellent ratings from our media partners.
Ensure all campaigns meet deadlines and no significant delays occur.

Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in media planning and strategy across all media platforms.
Exceptional communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Proven track record in managing clients and achieving targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlines.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry.
