Core Attributes to Look for: Strong Analytical Skills : Experience or coursework in data analytics and Excel is essential since theyll work on datadriven projects.
MySQL database management and data capturing abilities will help them manage the digital side of operations.
TechSavvy with Automation & Robotics : PLC and SCADA systems knowledge even if theoretical should be strong.
