Mechanical Supervisor

Job description:Your mission: Supervise all aspects of the team's health, safety, environmental and quality requirements Ensure cost effective team operations by allocating resources, prioritizing work and maximizing plant availability Foster and maintain customer and supplier relations Implement team KPI's that are aligned to the departmental plan Technical team support in shared maintenance activities Allocate team resources to areas where required to ensure optimum availability and efficiency of equipment Deliver weekly and monthly maintenance team reports Effective team supervision of the CMS workshop team Your profile: Matric plus N4 (Supervisory Management). Mechanical Trade Certificate. National Diploma (Pulp & Paper) advantageous. 5 years' experience in a heavy industry environment. 1 – 2 Years leadership experience would be advantageous.
