Mechanical Revit Modeler / Bim Manager

We are seeking a Mechanical Revit Modeler / BIM Modeler for a position with a respected engineering consultancy in Durban.
As a Mechanical Revit and BIM Manager, you will use your digital skills to deliver building services projects.
You will be joining a small, close knit team with option to grow within the company.
Working on small- and large-scale projects by managing and modelling Mechanical (HVAC) services on BIM projects.
Requirements: BIM industry experience as a Mechanical BIM Technician / Modeler.
Must have experience / knowledge of HVAC systems Setting up Revit models and model collaboration by liaising with other consultants/professionals.
Providing technical support to colleges regarding Revit project delivery.
Setting up/maintaining Revit modelling standards.
Awareness of mechanical design principles, industry standards and competency with drawing air and fluid side plans and schematics In coordinating MEPF services with other disciplines in a 3D environment and extensive knowledge of software including Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, Autodesk Cloud.
Medium and large-scale projects including work on masterplans and high-rise designs and experience with model federation and coordination
