Work independently as a Revit/BIM Draughtsman.Showcase your skills in Revit Modelling and BIM360 to deliver high-quality designs and documentation.Develop 2D and 3D drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems for commercial buildings, hospitals, and shopping malls using Revit and AutoCAD.Oversee BIM coordination to ensure seamless integration of various building systems.Address and resolve service clashes to maintain project efficiency and accuracy.Skills & Experience: Revit and BIM360 experience (non-negotiable)Minimum of 5 years experience in Draughting within a Building Services environmentMust be able to work independentlyBackground in Electrical Engineering is highly advantageousDetailed design is an advantage Draughting and design of Coordination DrawingsQualification:NDip in Mechanical Engineering an advantageRevit MEP Draughting Certificate Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
