MECHANICAL & MAINTANCE FOREMAN*MUST HAVE:  ** Matric  ** Mechanical Trade Test  ** B-Tech or Diploma - MECHANICAL ENGINEERING* Minimum 5 Year's MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORY experience   in a HEAVY ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING PROCESS   Environment* High Level of understanding of WORLD CLASS   MANUFACTURING Tools, Processes and Systems* Ability to do Trouble Shooting* Knowledge of All Legal requirements of the OHS Act, BCEA,   LRA & other Legal requirements* Prepared to work OUTSIDE NORMAL WORKING HOURS &   DO STANDBY DUTIES* Attend to Daily Operations Meetings to ensure that the 24hour   Operating window is secured* Plan & Execute ALL BREAKDOWNS Repairs without delay* Champion the Implementation of Proactive Maintenance* Develop and agree on a Weekly plan with the Maintenance   Planner* Meet with Suppliers, Contractors & 3rd Party Inspectors, when   required, therefore being Well Presentable* Quality* Control Maintenance Costs* Identify Critical SPARE REQUIEREMENTS and availability* Manage the MAINTENANCE TEAM and perform Bi-annual   performance Appraisals of Mechanical Artisans* Clean Criminal & Credit record - will be verified
