Mechanical Lead Engineer

Lead and motivate a talented mechanical design team to achieve exceptional performance.
Collaborate with clients to understand their project needs and define clear objectives.
Manage project schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Facilitate design reviews with clients and suppliers to ensure alignment and quality.
Execute CAD design tasks, including 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
Skills & Experience: 15 years of experience in mechanical design.
Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
A commitment to personal and professional growth.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall computer skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel as necessary.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (BEng, BSc, or BTech).
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
