Key Responsibilities Leadership and Personnel Management Lead, guide, and supervise a team of mechanical personnel.
Develop and implement team performance improvement strategies.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Coordinate and schedule workforce activities to optimize plant operations.
Mentor and train junior mechanical staff to enhance their technical skills.
Maintenance and Equipment Management Oversee comprehensive plant maintenance activities.
Ensure equipment reliability and maximize plant availability.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Conduct regular equipment inspections and assess maintenance requirements.
Manage and prioritize maintenance work orders.

Qualifications and Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate.
National Diploma in Engineering Studies (N3).
Trade Certificate in Fitting.
Foreman or Supervisory Skills Certificate (Advantageous).
Experience Minimum of 5-10 years in a Chrome Plant environment.
Minimum of 5-10 years experience as a Mechanical Foreman.
Proven track record of successful maintenance management.
