Job Description Set up and prepare extrusion equipment for customer training and trials Set up and prepare extrusion equipment for site installation and commissioning Operate various lab equipment and necessary supplies Maintain various lab equipment and necessary supplies Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure it produces high-quality product samples.
Conduct extrusion trial runs at exhibitions and conferences Test products, compounds or batches in a laboratory setting Perform analyses and comparisons of results to contribute to technical, product development and innovation Prepare and document laboratory reports and procedures.
Keep accurate records for gathered data, Keep confidential customer information Obtain quotations for raw material, lab instruments and other related necessary supplies Promote extrusion lab products and services Conduct continuous research and development of extruded products Be bale to work with both food and feed extrusion processes Qualifications Qualification in Consumer Science, Food Technology or Qualification in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent 1-3 years relevant experience or extruder machines and/or related equipment Experience in food manufacturing or production industry is an added advantage Additional Information Key skills required: Computer knowledge and efficiency, including MS Office products such as MS visio, excel, word and projects.
Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Willingness to travel all over the world.
