Mechanical Engineering Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities Lead and supervise team to ensure optimal safe working practice, focused preventative maintenance and breakdown management.

Manage all team performance, development, and coaching to ensure optimal delivery. Lead and participate in various operational projects as determined from time to time and manage resources assigned to ensure optimal and safe task execution in respect of effectiveness and efficiency. Lead and participate in installation, equipment, component, etc. failure to assess changes in maintenance and operating practice and/or engage with OEM, suppliers and intermediaries as required to assist with investigations, etc. Conduct regular risk assessments, planned task observations, etc. and maintain associated documentation and reports.
