Job Type: 6 Month Contract (Full-Time hours)
Job Duties: Designing, developing, and maintaining building management systemsConducting regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems within buildingsTroubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues efficientlyCollaborating with other engineers and technicians on projectsEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulationsRequired Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Professional Engineer with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)Experience: At least 10 years in BMH systems design and implementation.Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of building management systemsProficient in CAD software for design and modellingExcellent problem-solving skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilities
