Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services)Respected and well-established multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services) to join their team in Cape Town (Southern Suburbs).The company provides services to a variety of countries including Tanzania, Rwanda, Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, and throughout South Africa.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining mechanical systems and components for building construction projects including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.Work with other design engineers and collaborate with clients to ensure that designs meet client requirements.Desired Experience & QualificationBEng / BSc(Eng) / BTech in Mechanical Engineering.5 - 10 years of experience in designing mechanical systems and components for building construction projects including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design and modeling software.ECSA: Professionally Registered or nearing professional registration.
