Mechanical Draughtsman

Develop and optimize Revit models for HVAC systems and wet services, ensuring precision and high-quality designs Produce detailed drawings, schematics, and layouts for HVAC and wet services using Revit Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory guidelines Identify and resolve design challenges related to HVAC and wet services within the Revit platform Work closely with project teams to incorporate feedback and make necessary design adjustments Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HVAC and wet services design Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and wet services Extensive expertise in Revit modelling, with a focus on HVAC systems and wet services Demonstrated ability to develop detailed designs and documentation for HVAC and wet services projects Strong problem-solving skills in troubleshooting and resolving design issues for HVAC and wet services within Revit Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in both design and documentation Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or draughting certificate and relevant industry experience Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
