Mechanical Designer

As a Mechanical Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing mechanical systems for a diverse range of exciting projectsEmploying Revit and BIM 360, you will create and manage design models (proficiency in Revit is essential)Collaborate on large-scale projects encompassing retail, commercial, residential, and industrial sectorsParticipate in site meetings and perform inspections to ensure alignment and maintain project qualityWork closely with professional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project executionProjects will include expansive retail shopping centers, commercial office buildings, deep basements, high-rise apartments, residential housing developments, luxury single-family homes, and industrial distribution facilitiesSkills & Experience: Minimum 1 3 years of experience in building servicesProficient in Revit and BIM 360 (non-negotiable)Proficient in AutoCADExperience conducting clash detection and clash avoidanceExcellent communication skillsQualification:BSc/BEng/BTech degree in Mechanical EngineeringOnly South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
