Mechanical Designer

We are looking for a skilled mechanical engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for working on all stages of our production cycles, from research and design to manufacturing. we are based in the western cape
Qualification & Skills Required: B Eng / BSc / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering MUST have at minimum of 3 years of working experience in the design of parts/equipment. Design skills on Solid Works
Responsibilities: Create parts, assemblies and assembly instructions using SolidWorks, Preparing technical drawings and renderings of product designs for manufacturing to company standards, Finalise conceptual designs to fully engineered designs, Liaison with suppliers, Maintain BOM integrity of designs for the ERP system, Apply fundamental engineering principles, Analysing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them, Writing of technical documentation, Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations, Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team
