Mechanical Assistance

Masa Outsourcing is urgently looking for a MECHANICAL ASSISTANT with an FMCG background.
Experience – Essential  Numerical/verbal reasoning,  Computer literate, MS Office and SAP experience  Understanding of Asset Performance and maintenance philosophy with excellent Process Improvement and a solid foundation in process understanding and problem-solving (eg root cause analysis)  Multiskilled or willing to become (Mech, elec, process, etc)  Ability to work autonomously.
Ability to work in a team and be an effective team member, good communication skills.
Has the strength of character to challenge poor team behaviors and non-adherence to standards.
Functioned in an environment with FSSC accreditation with clear understanding of how maintenance influences food safety and quality.
Surface problems don't hide them.
Is an ambassador for Manufacturing Excellence and continuous improvement.
Responds to change in a positive and flexible manner, adaptability.
Have a safe working knowledge and understand the need for maintaining legal compliance.
Sound knowledge of bottling principles e.g., Labeller, Rinser, Filler, and Capping maintenance Qualifications  N6 engineering and Equivalent (Mechanical Fitter trade test) 5 years experience as an artisan in Bottling processes and procedures including maintenance.
Minimum of 5 years in an FMCG environment preferably in bottling
