Educational Requirements: Diploma in Meat Technology/ Meat Production/ Food Technology National Senior Certificate - Grade 12 Key Performance Areas: Food safety and quality assurance Meat cutting and trimming proficiency Equipment operation and maintenance Documentation and record keeping Teamwork and communication skills General Competence Required: Driver's license Excellent communication (verbal & written) Fluent in English Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Very responsible, hardworking and dedicated Organized and able to work under pressure with excellent time management skills Detail oriented with prolonged attention span Business-minded and able to make informed decisions Excellent managerial skills MUST LIVE IN QUEENSTOWN AND HAVE OWN ACCOMMODATION
