This role will give the successful incumbent an opportunity to work on innovative projects while leveraging new and advanced technologies to drive transformative solutions.
We are seeking a highly skilled MDM and Data Architect who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our client enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Fabric solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring data consistency, quality, and accessibility, while supporting strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Qualifications / Certifications required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or related fieldRelevant certifications in MDM, data management and/or related areas - advantageousExperience required: Minimum 10 years experience in MDM and data architecture rolesHands on experience of implementing Data Fabric solutionDemonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level data management solutionsRelevant working experience in BankingStrong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and best practices.Proficiency in data integration, data modeling and data warehousing.Experienced with MDM tools and platforms (Informatica, IBM Infosphere, Talend)Familiarity with data fabric technologies and solutions (Microsoft Fabric, Denodo, Talend Data Fabric)Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (preferably Azure and AWS)Excellent analytical and problem solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsProven ability to lead and manage project effectivelyResponsibilities of role: MDM Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement robust MDM solutions to ensure accurate, consistent, and complete master data across the organisationDevelop and enforce data governance policies and standardsData Fabric Architecture: Design and implement a scalable and flexible data fabric architecture to support seamless data integration, access, and managementEnsure data fabric solutions align with business goals and technology advancementsData Quality and Governance: Establish data quality frameworks and processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of master dataCollaborate with data stewards and business units to enforce data governance policies and proceduresIntegration and Interoperability: Oversee the integration of MDM and data fabric solutions with existing systems and applicationsEnsure interoperability between various data sources and platformsTechnical leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the data management team and other stakeholdersStay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data management and architectureProject management: Lead and manage MDM and data fabric projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deliverablesTravel Requirements: Up to 20%
