Key Responsibilities: Strategic Analysis & Business Support: Conduct financial, market, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making, helping the company optimize operations and performance in various regions. Management Accounting: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis, collaborating with the finance team to support decision-making and resource allocation. IT & Systems Support: Use IT skills to support data management, reporting, and operational efficiency. Participate in system implementations and provide user support to enhance productivity across departments. Project Management: Take ownership of projects and initiatives across multiple functions, including finance, IT, and operations. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives. International Collaboration & Travel: Travel to the DRC and Europe for strategic meetings, site visits, and collaboration with overseas teams. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to align business goals, support operational needs, and develop cross-functional relationships. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses for senior management on project progress, financial performance, and operational efficiencies. Requirements: Education: MBA (completed within the last year or two) with a focus in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in management accounting or IT systems. Familiarity with ERP systems, data analysis tools, or accounting software is advantageous. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and make informed recommendations. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders. Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel internationally several times a year to the DRC and Europe.
