Wellington College is one of the world's leading co-educational boarding and day schools located in rural Berkshire set in a stunning 400 acre campus, home to a blend of breathtaking original architecture and modern state-of-the-art facilities to provide the best possible education environment for our pupils.We have an exciting opportunity within our Domestics department who are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Matrons Manager.About the role:You will join on a full time permanent basis (40 hours per week).The postholder will be responsible to effectively lead, support, and manage the team of Matrons and Housekeepers in the boarding environment, ensuring that the highest standard of care is given to the pupils of Wellington College. In addition, ensure that each boarding house is set up by the team for the pupils of Wellington College as well as the commercial lets during the College's holiday periods.
