What you will be doing: Explore game mechanics and monitor alerts with curiosity and precision.Engage in dynamic discussions on game maths queries and provide cross-functional support.Dive into diverse markets to assess support needs and craft innovative mathematical solutions for games.Delve into theoretical solutions, ensuring accuracy, and document findings with meticulous care.Innovate tools for process efficiency, drawing inspiration from industry trends to enhance game experiences.Collaborate closely on game design, sharing insights, and shaping player experiences.Embrace the excitement of new game releases, offering constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning.Guide and empower your team through knowledge-sharing and supportive onboarding experiences.What you need: BSc Degree in Mathematics or Statistics coupled with Computer Science background.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.Proficiency in MS Excel at an advanced level.Familiarity with programming languages such as C# or equivalent.Strong critical thinking skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving.Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.Ability to adapt to changing environments and effectively manage individual projects.Excellent communication skills and adept at managing stakeholders effectively.Location/s: You can be based either at our client's Cape Town office or their Durban OfficeJob ID: J104477
