Masterdata Admin - Tlc Head Office ( Delmas)

The Local Choice (TLC) Head Office in Delmas (Mpumalanga) has an opportunity for a TLC Masterdata Administrator. To be responsible for all the administrative functions of the stock file masterdata and ensure integrity of the data.


Requirements: Essential: Grade 12 – Matric or Senior Certificate or relevant qualificationMinimum of 0 – 1 year experienceAdvantageous: Relevant further education certificateExperience in stock master management

Job Specifications: Monitor the pricing data and ensure it is maintained and updated.Resolve all discrepancies that appear with regards to pricing, promotions and other relevant cost-related aspects.Administrate daily new listing and price changes.Create stock codes for new products and group all products accordingly.Ensure no selling prices are below cost pricing.Assist in creating and maintaining reliable, sustainable masterdata.Liaise with suppliers for all vendor price increases.Ensure that any promotions are listed and loaded in time before promotion starts as well as ensuring they end at specified time as per management requirements.Act as a point of contact for all stores with regards to queries relating to stock file, reporting and software related queries.Ensure that all queries are responded to timeously.Communicate with wholesalers monthly for new product lists and ensure that changes are made in-terms of new barcodes, articles and price changes.Assist in new initiatives and tactical interventions within the stock master file management area of responsibility; formulating project plans that include stakeholders of stock master file management within the company.Assist in formulating annual continuous improvement plans for the stock master file management processes.

Competencies: Essential: Computer Skills – Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook. Qlikview, Unisolve,English – read, write and speak well
