Our primary products, MYMEMBERSHIP®, MYORDERS® and MYCPD®, are selected by Professional Bodies with designated members that have CPD obligations.
We also develop and support bespoke systems for member and organizational administration for statutory bodies.
This is a full-time remote role for a Master Data Manager.
The Master Data Manager will be responsible for managing client data on E2 systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Furthermore, the Master Data Manager will be responsible for processing data using current-day data science methodologies for various outputs, including the processing and loading of client data to the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) platforms.
The Master Data Manager is an intermediate position and reports directly to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities: Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements in terms of data.
Continuously ensure data integrity and accuracy of client data situated in the E2 databases.
Maintain exception reports for data that do not meet accuracy or integrity requirements.
Processing of client data on the SAQA EduDex platform.
Liaising with clients master data managers to ensure corrections to faulty data are made.
Hold training sessions with clients who are having data management issues.
Maintaining the knowledge base.
Training Where certain skills are required (e.g.
Python, EduDex) the company offers in-house certified training.
The company also interacts with industry SETAs to provide accredited training for further study.
Qualifications South African-based with ability to work remotely.
Computer equipment will be provided.
Extremely organised and a driven self-starter looking to grow.
Expertise in data management and data science, along with strong analytical skills.
Experience in Python would be beneficial, alternatively the ability and eagerness to learn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
