Job category: FMCG, Retail, Wholesale and Supply ChainLocation: Western CapeContract: PermanentRemuneration: Market RelatedEE position: YesIntroductionClicks is on the hunt for an individual that is able to manage and maintain all products listed and ranged for OMNI and ensure data integrity on the website.Job Purpose & Objectives:Ensure accurate capturing of master data into the merchandise and Hybris system.Validate that data received is accurately completed and compliant with business rules.Maintain master data in the merchandise systems and resolve any problems.Complete required mapping of attributes based on agreed business rules.Manage samples and image curation accurately.Complete item online naming as per agreed rules for online website.Manage various reports to support visibility to stakeholders.Meet required deadlines for online launches for customer needs and satisfaction.Report any master data problems to the Master Data Compliance Officer.Complete any ad hoc requests or processes on the merchandise system.EducationExperience:Essential: 1-3 years experience in basic office admin and Merchandise Management System.Desirable: Data Capturer.Prior experience and track record in Product master data management and administration.Knowledge:Knowledge and understanding of merchandise systems.Database management.Proficiency in MS Office and Word.Skills:Flexible and methodical approach.Written and verbal communication skills.Excellent Attention to Detail.Ability to take initiative.Working with People.Adhering to Principle and Values.Writing and Reporting.Planning and Organising.Delivering results and Meeting Customer Expectation.Following instructions and Procedures.Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking.Persuading and Influencing.Adapting and Responding to Change.Coping with Pressures and Setbacks.
