MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo maintain and manage vendor master and material master data across procurement systems in all divisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASCreate and maintain vendor master records.Create and maintain material master records.Maintain the catalog for material master.Provide user and systems support.REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12
DESIRED EDUCATION: Procurement or Finance Diploma/Certificate
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEDESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in working with Master Data management.Basic German language skills is desired but not essential.REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGESAP Materials Management or Sales and Distribution module exposure.Knowledge of the typical procurement process.Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
