What We'll Bring: This role is for a marketing technology administrator to help deliver TransUnion's Martech vision, providing support across the platforms. This is a technical role and would suit someone who is interested in learning new systems and marketing tools.
What You'll Bring: Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Technology & Data, this person will work with a variety of business partners across the enterprise to support platform adoption, development and utilization, set user access and security privileges, manage data flows and communicate change.
Assist with user queries, troubleshooting and provide support in responding to any system alerts.Coach the Marketing and Sales teams through solution capabilities and utilization of technology in line with the strategy and roadmap.Help the Martech team to drive improvements to processes, people, and platforms to continually automate and optimize the marketing technology stack and drive enterprise impact from marketing technology investments.Help develop training documentation and opportunities for existing and new platforms within the marketing technology stack.Collaborate with the MarTech team and business partners to evaluate, assess, and introduce capabilities and platform enhancements to the marketing technology roadmap.Impact You'll Make: Requirements: Firsthand experience working with Software-as-a-Service marketing technology platforms, i.e. Salesforce, Eloqua, Adobe Experience Platform, Qualtrics, Medallia to provide support across the marketing technology stack.Experience working in a matrixed global organization supporting business stakeholders with systems and processes.Experience in developing communication plans for Training/Knowledge, to share with the wider Marketing teams and users of the Martech estate, providing a frictionless experience with technology and supporting users to be self-sufficient where needed.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, using them to resolve system related incidents and expert Excel skills.Sincere interest in marketing technology and deepening that expertise through working with Salesforce and other marketing technology platforms.For positions based in South Africa, preference will be given to suitably qualified candidates from designated groups in line with the company's Employment Equity plan and targets.

Please note it is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment. You can be based anywhere in South Africa that has fibre, but will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.
A minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required; should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line or install fibre in order to work effectively.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
