Position Overview: The Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in driving organic growth and enhancing online visibility through strategic marketing efforts.
This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing content calendars, and collaborating with the content team.
The ideal candidate should also possess strong SEO skills to optimize content for search engines.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Content Calendar Management: Collaborate with content teams to create and manage calendars that meet marketing and SEO objectives.
SEO Integration: Apply SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and enhance content visibility using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights.
On-Page SEO Optimization: Optimize content and site elements (e.g., meta tags, headers, images) to improve user experience and SEO performance.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to inform marketing and SEO initiatives.
Collaboration: Work with the Director of Organic Search & Content Marketing and other team members to execute large-scale marketing projects.
Qualifications: Experience: 2-3 years in marketing with demonstrated success in SEO and driving organic growth.
Proficiency in SEO Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Content Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
Project Management: Capable of managing marketing campaigns and coordinating with content teams to meet deadlines.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience working with marketing agencies.
