Position Outputs This role has a high level of internal and external communication requirements including face to face interactions with Product Managers, Territory Managers, employees and agencies to deliver effective and efficient channel communications execution and marketing support for business growth Development, management, monitoring and measurement of integrated marketing programme plans and communications Supervision of communication execution through the line (all channels) Creative development of relevant marketing materials Agency and staff management Translating product and business needs into actionable marketing and communications objectives Copy writing skills Ability to analyse basic data Ability to edit and proofread Ability to optimally manage agency relationships Ability to motivate and develop a team
Qualification, Experience and Competencies Minimum Required Qualification: B Comm with Marketing Degree (or international equivalent) IMM Postgraduate Certification
Minimum Required Experience: Five years in a marketing communications execution role Three years people management experience
Minimum Required Competencies: Channel processes; Copy writing skills; Ability to analyse data; Ability to edit and proofread; Ability to approve materials according to CI
