Hybrid working JOB TITLE: Marketing & Sales Consultant A Senior Living Facility located in Bryanston, Johannesburg is looking for a hungry, energetic, and passionate individual with experience in digital marketing, advertising, brand activation, and social media to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and design, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
This person will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, designing materials, and executing brand activations through various channels.
JOB SUMMARY: As a Marketing and Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to develop and grow our senior living brand.
In addition, you will need to implement effective marketing and sales strategies for our senior living facility.
You will utilize your expertise to analyse market trends, identify target audiences, and create marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
This role requires excellent communication skills and experience in driving marketing and sales success.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness Design marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and website content Plan and execute physical flyer activations through various channels including in-store displays, community events, and direct mail campaigns Liaise and work with existing Google AdWords and analytics partners Manage social media channels Develop comprehensive marketing strategies: Create effective marketing campaigns.
Develop marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Create compelling marketing messages and content Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events, etc.
Execute marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain client relationships: Interact with potential resident and their families to understand their needs and requirements.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, or a related field (Master degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Marketing and Sales Consultant or a similar role.
Experience in marketing, design, and physical activations.
Basic Design Capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, etc.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in using marketing and sales software and tools.
